RETURN POLICY
MADE TO ORDER / PRE-ORDER
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases from SUKEINA. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any unworn garments within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery, if they meet the following criteria:
must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received by you;
must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories;
must be sent in its original packaging;
RETURN PROCEDURE
Contact us at info@sukeina.co and send a clear picture of the item.
Clearly state the reason for your return request (defect, incorrect item, incorrect size etc), your name, original order number and date of purchase.
Customer service will review your request and contact you to provide a resolution or arrange for return.
If your garment is approved for return due to a defect, please be sure to follow the above criteria (see ‘RETURN POLICY’). A credit will be applied to the method of payment used for purchase once we have received your returned item. Please note, while we generally apply approved credits within 48 hours, your refund will appear based upon the guidelines for your specific financial institution.
If your garment is being returned because of an incorrect size shipped or incorrect item, we will gladly ship the correct size or item to you once your return is received.
Atelier orders are made specifically to your measurements and requirements. While Atelier orders cannot be returned for refund, if your garment does not fit correctly due to a change in or incorrect measurement, we’re happy to make adjustments for you after additional consultation with us.

EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to request an exchange for your item, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your garment and we will get back to you with details of the process.
